Returns & Refunds
Do you have a return policy?
We do accept returns that are unused and in original condition. We can schedule pick up for a return, but the customer will be charged with the return freight and a 15% restocking fee. Contact us for any refunds or questions.
What steps should we take if our product is damaged?
If an item is defective upon arrival, we will need picture proof of the problem. If the damage took place during manufacturing, we will replace or refund the purchase.
